A Restorative Circle Agreement is a collective exchange agreement of servicing the repairing of harm. Participants in Restorative Circles are encouraged to be open and honest about their perspectives regarding conflict, how they have been harmed, and how they think others might have been harmed. Participants also work together to come up with ways of repairment of harm done and make efforts in restoring relationships and reintergration back into community.
